We do not accept returns or exchanges for any of our ordered items unless they are damaged or defective. In that case, we will reproduce the item(s) at no additional charge, including shipping, to the customer. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the item you receive is defective or damaged please contact us at info@workherpreneur.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Include the following information: name of the customer, date of purchase, reason for return, and a clear color picture(s) showing any defect(s), damages or errors in print work. We do not reproduce or replace items due to incorrect sizing selections, or garment color issues.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking information once your order has shipped. Order processing can take up to 5 days (sometimes longer around holidays); however, we do our best to process orders as quickly as possible.

Workherpreneur is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Workherpreneur is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
